We thus advise that FINANCIAL WORKSHOP GAUTENG CC (FWS) will be collecting, recording, processing and distributing certain personal information provided by the client for the purposes of providing ‘advice’ and or ‘intermediary services’ and or ‘financial coaching’ as per the FAIS Act and Regulations, including providing certain personal information to the Product Suppliers for quoting purposes and or to update client’s portfolio information as and when required, unless you advise FINANCIAL WORKSHOP GAUTENG CC (FWS) in writing to the contrary.

The client has the right to view and request a copy of their personal information held by FINANCIAL WORKSHOP GAUTENG CC (FWS) from the Information Officer.
